Small Dog is awesome. They're knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, and a nice local small business. All of my experiences with them have involved great customer service. I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about, but I love it!
They sold me a bad machine and replaced it with one that was less expensive but refused to reimburse me for the difference. That one lasted a year and a couple days -just in time for the warranty to run out. Naturally, they wouldn't cover it but said they said they could fix it for $1000 + and then they tried to sell me a new one! At that point I walked out of the store! I found a terrific repair guy in Burlington who fixed it for $200 and it has worked great ever since! Beware SME! They are not to be trusted.

I have bought many products from Small Dog over the past several years and have also had them do some servicing on various apple products. The staff has always been extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I'm grateful to have them nearby, since it's quite a trek to the nearest Apple store.
